Overview

The 2025 Faculty of Pain Medicine (FPM) Symposium, themed “Diving Deep,” was held at the Pullman Cairns International as a key lead-in event for the ANZCA Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM). This event brought together 120 delegates for a targeted program of plenary sessions, hands-on workshops, and a focused exhibition, aimed at advancing best-practice pain medicine.

This marked the fifth consecutive year that Wallfly has partnered with the ANZCA events team to deliver a seamless, engaging symposium - testament to the strength and consistency of the collaboration.

Wallfly’s Role

Wallfly worked closely with ANZCA and Waldron Smith Management to bring the event to life. While the Wallfly team handled the full technical and digital production delivery, Waldron Smith oversaw delegate registrations using Wallfly’s EventsAir platform.

For smaller-scale style events such as this, Wallfly applied the same strategic planning, systems, and attention to detail as it would for a large conference - because what works big, works small.
