At ANZCA ASM 2025, this model gave a deep understanding of what was needed for success for the ANZCA events team and Waldron Smith Management, ensuring streamlined workflows, clear communication, and flawless execution.
Collaboration and Local Partnerships
Working closely with the ANZCA Events Team, Waldron Smith Management, and the Cairns Convention Centre, Wallfly took a collaborative approach from concept to execution.
We also oversaw and delivered technical production for social events at Tanks Arts Centre and Hemingway’s Brewery, showcasing the best of Cairns through atmosphere, local food, and creative talent.
We engaged local suppliers and crew, ensuring logistical efficiency while supporting local businesses and the regional economy while reducing carbon emissions associated with freight and travel.

To encourage participation and discovery, wallfly integrated gamification elements into the mobile app — awarding points for attending sessions, visiting exhibitors, engaging with ePosters, and completing feedback. This approach boosted app usage and delegate satisfaction, while helping organisers gather valuable insights.
6. ePosters & Mobile Integration
Over 350 ePosters were hosted across touchscreens and embedded into the app. Combined with personalised schedules, alerts, and interactive venue maps, the experience felt streamlined, smart, and modern.
